Cancellation Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable; exceptions are at the artist's discretion. Appointments booked without a deposit will be cancelled after 24 hours. Please arrive on time. After 5 minutes, late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their appointment slot. Appointments more than 10 minutes late without prior contact will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited or if honored a late fee will be imposed.
