Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable or transferrable. Any exceptions are made at artists discretion. Any appts made without deposit will be cancelled after 24 hours. The grace period is 5 mins. Lateness beyond 10 mins will be automatically cancelled. If appointment with 10 mins lateness is honored the late fee will be imposed.
