With the current state of affairs, the only thing that we can truly be sure of is that, we do not know enough. The ever evolving information and symptoms list is leaving most people feeling like sitting ducks.

I am not proclaiming to be a doctor or to have all the answers but my simple philosophy is that, nature provides.

Prior to the emergence of modern medicine as we know it, there were herbalists. What most people do not realize is that a lot of the pharmaceuticals are based on the functions and capabilities of the natural herbs and natural remedies. So with the advances that have been made the two approaches should be made use of.

What can we do?

Whether your fear is COVID -19 or 5G it is best to be protecting yourself from multiple angles. My personal philosophy is that in order to do that, various things need to be focused on.

  • Boost your immunity

  • Support healthy blood cells

  • Reduce Inflammation

  • Kill Bacteria, microbes, funguses

  • Remove parasites, candida, mucus

  • Detox blood, liver, and kidneys

  • Consume nutrient rich foods


Your kitchen is your medicine cabinet. you can treat yourself with everyday ingredients. Even the things you wont eat have medicinal properties and can be steeped or applied topically for additional benefits.







Garlic and Coconut Oil and Clove

  1. Peel and Rinse the 8 garlic bulbs

  2. Mince the garlic

  3. Scoop or pour 8 tblspn of coconut oil into glass container (if you have a smaller blender I recommend blending it)

  4. Add 2 cloves

  5. Let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours then store in refrigerator

  6. Take a tspn each day morning and evening (may have detoxing effect)
